NO REFUND FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - THIS IS THEFT

On the 18th of March i was told that 2 items from my online order was out of stock and a voucher would be issued. No responses to my emails regarding the voucher. A call centre agent told me (after holding on for a long time) that they have a problem issuing vouchers and will refund me. I sent bank details. No refund.
