No hope for help?

I made an online purchase at Mr. Price Sport. When I eventually got my order, non of my shipping details were captured. I immediately e-mailed them as per the e-mail address on the empty order form, but the e-mail *** doesn't even work. I eventually e-mailed another address but those who assisted me only referred me to somebody else or told me to use the tracking app. I don't think they even bothered to read my first e-mail. I just want details regarding my order and what shipping details you have. And no, I didn't forget to enter my details as it is quite obvious that it needs to delivered. I need to sort this out as I need the order by Friday.
