No feedback No Stock No service online shop is the WORST.

On 15 December 2017 I placed and online order for a pair of shoes, I received an email stating that my order has been received. When I tried to track my parcel it showed NO tracking details. I emailed MrP Sport whereby I was told I would only be able to track once my parcel is shipped. Today 20 December 2017 I receive an email stating that my order is shipped but I still cannot track it. I emailed MrP Sport help centre whereby I received an email stating that the shoes I ordered are out of stock, but when I checked on their online shop today after I received the email it still says that they have them in stock. Now they will only give me credit I can't even choose another pair of shoes. And if I did not ask when my parcel will be shipped they would probably not have informed me that the shoes are "out of stock". This is the worst service ever, how to you tell me it is out of stock but the online shop still shows them????? Will NEVER buy online again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Disgusted.
