my wife has bought a pair of tekkies from them for me after getting it from the shop floor one shoe on the floor with the box i fitted it on at home after the same two sizres differ my wife decided to take this back the manager of the Paarl branch refuses to take it back with a big attitude he told my wife you can go ahead and report this at our head office i then did and asked the person that the area manager which also seems incopetent to phone me up and till now no call from him the manager stated that he has phoned his area manager which was aso a lie as this never happened while my wife was there they sell a **** product with staff that has no skill and not even that erea manager never phoned me I will go public with this and will go so far that there top management knows abouit this action needs to be taken to the area manager and his team and i want to see this
