NO EXISTANT SERVICE

sent a message on their Website and also left message on theirr Company Facebook page detailing my complaint. Your Company responded to the Facebook message and asked for my phone number but nothing further .

I am repeating my complaint . Tried to return a pair of walking shoes to your Argyle Road branch in Durban last Thursday . The shoes were bought on 25 October 2019.

The inner protection is wearing badly and one has already come completely loose. I appreciate the shoes are not great quality and never expected them to be replaced ,however considering they are under one ( 1 ) year old, I assumed there would be an offer to have inner soles replaced .

All I got from the *********** and poorly trained manager Manager Ayanda was silence whilst she starred and refused to comment what could be done about my complaint . Would you buy from a store that offered that type of service ?
