No delivery, no refund over 1 month

I ordered some weights on their website and immediately after I ordered, it changed that it’s unavailable and on-hold.

Since 29th of June 2020, I have called several times and till date, I don’t have the products and my request to be refunded is not processed.

I feel they are unprofessional and I’m slowly losing my patience. It’s now 5th of August and still no refund for my over R3k during COVID. Guys c’mon,
