No delivery

I made an order, it say’s delivered but when I went into the shop they say it’s not there only to find out it was delivered at a different town. I called in only to be to told by a Palesa that she does not know what happened between the warehouse and the courier guy. Very unprofessional agents who will leave you hanging with no resolution whatsoever. I made this order on the 15th of November but still I am not getting any help
