NO customer service

Terrible service! I ordered free weights (dumbbells) from mr price sport on the 28 May 2020. It is now 15 June 2020 and i have heard no communication other than "your order has been shipped" that was on the 31 May. I had to pay extra for shipping and 18 days later, i have to try get hold of Mr Price to try find my package...If i speak to them on their web chat, they keep saying "i will escalate your query" and then nothing. Worst customer service i have experienced and will never buy from mr price sport ever again!
