Never ever again

On 24/11 I ordered a pair of shoes. It was supposed to come 29/11. On app the due date was 3/12. On 7/12 my sister went to Mr Price Sport in De Zwartland Market. They told her that it will be there on Tuesday 10/12. On 10/12 I went to store and spoke to area manager. She made a few calls. Her promise to me yesterday evening 18:30 that she will call me today 8:00. No call. No shoes. No message or updates. I have report it to Mr Price Sport online on 4/12 and I was told that I must call store the next day. But couldn't find a number because they only have a universal number. I report this yesterday on the app feedback as well as the reply of customer services.
