NEVER BUY FROM MR PRICE ONLINE!!! 1) The amount that I purchased for on the 20/10/2017 was R1399.92 and one item of R149.99 was out of stock so they did not send it my purchase amount therefore was R1249.93. 2) Then I purchased again on 25/10/2017 = R314.99 3) I phone Mr Price numerous times from November for them to send me a Statement. 4) I paid R1564.92 on 15/12/2017, into account ********** 698 (Mr Price). I hoped the bank details is still the same as years back when I last used my card. As I was waiting for the first statement that would have come end October 2017 (and didn’t), I was not aware about all the extra charges and I would have paid my whole account at once like I always did if only you send me a statement. 5) I did not receive any statements from 07/08/2017 to the 15/01/2018. 6) On 15/01/2018 when I received the statements from August 2017. I saw that my account was wrong 7) I have sent numerous, no more than numerous emails about my account being wrong and nobody can or will correct it. 8) I will therefore not pay interest and whatever the Extra Card fee is because you failed to send me a statement … which is wrong anyway. 9) I never had an Extra Card … I have not even used my own card for the past (I don’t know how many) years and now you load my account with charges that I’m not even liable for. 10) This sending of emails and phoning Mr Price have gone on for almost 10 months now. STILL NOBODY PHONE ME TO SORT THIS OUT ... NO THEY JUST SEND ME THIS EMAIL FINAL REMINDER. If you don’t pay Mr Price Home a/c by 25/08/2018 we will take further Legal Action and Costs will be added to your balance. Ref ********** 698 please contact ********** 490 urgently to prevent this happening. How can I buy online for one price, then you decide to charge me another and I must just pay it or you will sue me????? I'll pay the interest for the one month which is maybe R10 with no hassel if you would just correct my account and send me the correct balance :(
