My Refund

Hi<br> <br> On the 2nd of January 2016 I returned a jumpsuit that I had bought from Mr Price Sport. The lady agreed to the transaction then said that they would credit back to my Debit Card. I asked how long it would take for the money to appear in my account she said immediately. I agreed. once the transaction was done i received no sms alerting me of the refund when I asked her she said she was not sure but sometimes it took days? Secondly on my slip it reflects that my card is a Credit card which is false information.<br> <br> I asked to see her supervisor who had a bit of attitude and told me to relax as I would EVENTUALLY get the money one way or another?<br> <br> Today is Monday I have not received my refund as yet...<br> <br> It would be a great inconvenience for me to have to go back to the storecause that would mean that I would have to spend extra time and money on this issue.<br> <br> Mr Price Sport has inconvenienced me.
