My order hasn't arrived

So last week I ordered items from Mr Price Sports so that I could collect at their store in jhb cbd at the Standard Bank Gallery Building. I get there today and find the shop is no longer there. I wrote to the Customer Support chat and an agent tell me that the shop moved in March. So Mr Price Sports what is that shop still doing on your list for collections when it's non existent?

The agent (Ntsika) then tells me that she will have them rerouted to Rosebank, what happened to asking me which other location is best for me?

I then responded to say that I need them to go to Maponya Mall, but Ntsika didn't come back to me.

I wanted those items for my daughter to use on Thursday.

Please make sure to deliver my order at Maponya Mall tomorrow.

I cannot believe the pathetic service you gave me this time around.

And go fix your list of stores on your website.
