MrPS, online ordering, not so good!

I am a regular Mr Price Sport client and was so disappointed with my last online purchase. Ordered products, only 3 arrived. Upon calling them I was told the other 2 products had not been in store thus I had been issued a refund. No notification of either of these actions. I asked that the assistant put this on an email for me, and that has not transpired yet. Not used to such bad service from MrPS! Still waiting for email/refund/products!
