MRP Sport Online Service that Cant deliver!

<p>I ordered something online last week Friday, 07Oct that i needed the following Friday, 14 Oct. I received a call and email notification it will be delivered on Monday, 10 Oct. I received dispatch messages and everything. The package never arrived. I followed up with the couriers who advised me the package was returned to the store who dispatched it due to a sticker error made by MRP. No one even has the decency to even call me about the delay. I followed up with MRP. After being placed on hold for almost 20min they dropped the call. I tried calling back numerous times. no one answers for about 10 min each time and then the call disconnects. So here I am, unable to find a single MRP person who can assist me and i am off to an event without my parcel. I doubt i will be using your service again</p>
