MrP Sport lies

I am so disgusted in their online customer service!

A week before the order was to be collected I informed them I had to move cities urgently and that I wanted to arrange a refund.

Agent Berlin via the whatsapp chat told me they were not able to process refunds, he advised me to wait till I receive confirmation of the parcel being ready for pick up first then they'll arrange for it to be taken back to DC.

I asked for proof of this via email to which he said he would send it. A few days later nothing.

I checked up on them again, I got Clancy who said that the order was still at the store. She then said it was picked up by their trucks. I asked when, she said "today". Refund would take 5-8 days.

Still a few days later because I had not received any proof or updates I asked the customer care whatsapp group to be told by that the parcel WAS STILL AT THE STORE by a different agent Samantha.

This is so frustrating because I can not physically be there to pick it up myself! Then to be told lies by different agents.

I just want my money back. Never buying from them again.
