MRP Sport -deliveries sucks!!

I placed an order online on the 15th of November 2018, today is the 14th of December and still I did not receive anything. I phoned numerous times and spoke to 3 different people at online shop customer services. Maria tried her best but not even she could succeed to get my parcel be delivered on time.
