Mr Price sport at Waterfront Bloemfontein is so *********** that they refuse to assist my wife after she discovered in store that someone has *****ulent bought on her Mr account. They require her to open a police case and affidavit but does not want to print or email the transactions that is *****ulent. SAPS requires the statement to open a case/ affidavit. 3 staff members not one with a name badges NOT only one in uniform that mis represented himself as the branch manager. They refuse to give the arra managers number also. Funny how they could buy on her name as you require ID and card when purchasing in store. For me it's clear that the last transaction my wife did was in this store. They probably shared my wife's details from the store itself. R12600 *****ulently bought and no one from Mr price wants to help. Where is the NCA and CPA in this clearly also not compliant
