Mr price sports (The Glen mall)

I went to Mr price sport at the Glen mall to refund and the bad customer service I expirienced in that store felt as if I was being punished cause I was returning staff was angry gossiping about me and they made me wait 40 minutes claiming they were calling Eastgate for my receipts when I started complaining asking them if I was being punished for returning that is when they called Eastgate cause I told them that I don't see them pushing Eastgate for the slip and I had waited 40 minutes already I was given bad attitude lack of urgency and back chatted the attitude in that store is not retail friendly and I am closing my account with Mr price due to bad service I was even late for my next appointment cause I had to wait 40 minutes for a receipt at Mr price sport the Glen mall
