Mr Price sports bad service

This happened in December. I complained on their website as I couldn't get an email address. I saw fish pro bodyboard leash online and checked which store had it. I saw that Mr Price sports had 24 in stock, get there they tell me that they don't have any in store I show them that online it says theres 24 after a long wait they find it in the storeroom. Online it showed it was R99 in-store it was R129.99 now I know sometimes it says "online only" not with this one no! If prices changed or is online only please it known! The saddest part is they did not even reach out to apologise for the poor service!
