MR Price sport - Worst service ever

I was at Mr Price Sport in Cape gate, Friday 24th between the hours of 1-2pm. During this time I was simply looking for a sport leggings, I asked for assistance if they could see if they had anything in another size and the person helping me proceeded to look for another size by rambling through what I've been looking through with visible disapproval/disgust for whatever reason.

She then explained that there is indeed not the size that i was looking for. Undeterred, I continued to look for something that is of my taste, I came across gholf shirt that had a sign in the middle of the stack of clothing clearly stating R50 off. I proceeded to make my decision based on this.

When I got to the checkout i enquired about sports leggings, if there was any other sizes in stock at another branch. While the person helping me was doing this I was shocked by the disagreement amongst each other with complete disregard for any of the customers in the store. The argument had been something along the lines of who is doing the least or most amount of work, remaining ironically idle in doing so.

When prompted to make payment I noticed the R50 deduction had not gone off. I asked why this is as it clearly stated this, the person assisting me explained that this was not the case and that it only applies to clothing at the bottom of the stack, not from the top where the sign is. I was confused as the sign did not specify and was clearly placed where I had taken the shirt from.

I again said that I disagree and that there's no way me or any customer would've know that is what the sign indicated that is only applies to the bottom based on where it is placed. The person assisting me disagreed very disrespectfully, sighing and persistently rolling her eyes showing no restraint whatsoever. Clearly getting nowhere I asked to speak to the manager.

I explained from the leggings up to the point of purchase how appalling service I've received and that the becides the clearly deceiving labelling the clerk was totally disrespectful, she continued to protest and roll her eyes as I'm explaining the whole situation. In conclusion the manager apologized, said he'll adress the persons.

In summary, I was having a wonderful day, I left that store with the gholf shirt absolutely gutted and disgusted. I realised that whole incident had totally ruined my day. Honestly if this is the standard of the Mr Price groups service, I'll refrain from spending my monies there.
