Dear Mr Price Sport Team,

I am writing to commend the exceptional service I received at your Mr Price Sport store in Cape Gate.

I visited your store recently and was not feeling very well at the time. I want to sincerely thank two of your staff members, Samkelo and Anelisa, for their kindness and outstanding assistance.

They were both extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. They really went out of their way to help and comfort me, and made what could have been an unpleasant experience into a very positive one.

It is rare to find such genuine customer care, and I truly appreciated their efforts. I really enjoyed my experience in your store and will definitely be returning.
