Mr Price Sport Tygervalley

We ordered a basketball hoop for our kids for Christmas online from Mr Price Sport to be delivered to the Tygervalley store. We received the email confirmation that it has arrived a few days before Christmas. We went to collect it from them the day before Christmas. When we got there, our order was "missing". Turned out that one staff member decided to give it to another customer who had apparently ordered the same thing but had NOT YET received confirmation that theirs had arrived so they gave our kids Christmas present away even though it had all our details and order number etc on it.... Barely even an apology or anything. The store manager was no help either, she ended up disappearing and left the rest of them to handle it. We were in the store for an hour and a half while they tried to find out what happened... We refused to leave without either our order or our money so they eventually refunded us... I will NEVER support them again! It is pathetic and the staff need serious training...
