Mr Price Sport store layout

Got to Mr Price sports menlyn and asked if an accessory rack can be moved so the people can see where the queue was,(this thing is on the way and customers don't know where to stand) and the "manager" just looked at us with lack on interest and told us Head office suggested they put it there.

So can I ask Head Office o put in a word so that rack can be removed. I go to that Mr price often
