Mr Price Sport stole my money

On 20 June I placed an order on the Mr Price app. Did instant eft with Ozow. Money came off my account but no order was generated. Since then I have been in contact with them via messenger but no refund or decision yet. I find this unacceptable that this has not been resolved in a whole calendar month. All they keep saying is so sorry to hear and the query has been escalated. This is theft by all intents and purposes. I paid for something, have proven to them that my money was taken. They have not delivered. Seeing that I don't have an order number I cant even cancel and refund the usual routes. I refuse to accept a voucher also. I have ordered the products elsewhere in the end. Mr Price needs to refund the money back into my account.
