Mr Price Sport *****s money

More than a month ago I bought three items from MrP Sport. When the package arrived, I only received two of the three items. I had to fight with them first before getting a "voucher" back. Then, I decided I would use the voucher and add a few other items. While I was paying for the order, my phone died and I couldn't resume the payment method I chose. I decided that I do have their bank details and paid the amount with my order number as reference. I ordered this more than two weeks ago. I still have not received ANY feedback from them. I've tried emails, even the whatsapp number everything! Still nothing. Once I receive my items, I will NEVER order from Mr Price or any affiliated company of theirs. I am a very unhappy customer. It seems that they like to ***** their customers money and I do not stand for that at all.
