MR PRICE SPORT - *****ING

On the 20th of September I wanted to exchange tekkies at Mr Price Sport from Carnival Mall. During the morning I went to the shop and the Manager told me they can't do exchanges because of loadshedding. The afternoon myself, husband and kids returned and still the shop/mall had loadshedding.

My husband asked the Manager if they could please exchange the tekkies as it is our 2nd time in one day trying to do the exhange. She agreed and was helpful or maybe disguising as a friendly person knowingly doing us wrong.

I took a different pair and had to pay in, which I was fine with as the price on the shelf didn't show my new (taken) pair to actually be on a special. It was still displaying the normal price. The ladies and Manager of the shop whom helped us, never disclosed that the tekkies are on a special. The manager of the store helped us and said I need to pay R149 difference (cash) which I did. I gave the lady R200 and received R50 change.

She took my email for the invoice and as soon as I received the invoice I was gob smacked. Apparently the shoes were not R479.99 but on a special for R349.99, my invoice displays the correct amount (special price) and shows that I paid R100 difference and received R50 change, which is incorrect as I paid with R200 and received R50 change believing that the difference is R149. They stole R100 from me!

I've been trying to phone them since this morning with no luck to ask them why they did what they did.

Any one buying from Mr Price Sport in Carnival Mall please be vigilant - staff dishonest and pockets customers money!
