Mr Price Sport Shoes Very bad Quality

Poor sports shoes...thats the bulk of the complaint. My wife bought shoes last year December. 2 months, they start to come apart where the factory glues it. We went back to the store, exchanging the shoes. After they assisted we exchanged it for even a more expensive range. 3 months from there the same thing happens, again falling apart. We went back and they exchanged, but this time the store manager had an attitude with us and telling us that if it happens again there might be a problem. This time again we took a pair thats even more expensive than the last pair.

I will not allow that, because shoes are supposed to last for a while...not 2 to 3 months. My wife has an office job, sitting most of the time, only walking up and down to get papers signed, and bathroom and lunch breaks and at home. She doesn't do sport or run as she has a knee injury etc. The manager wanted to say we abused the shoes...clearly not if you see our everyday lives.

Now the last pair of shoes also started to come apart as well. What now? What do I have to do as a customer to get a pair of shoes for my wife, that actually lasts more than 3 months?
