Mr price sport Secunda (last time I will support them)

Mr Price Secunda!!!! The employees at the till are extremely rude and unhelpful at the tills. This is not the first time but every single time I buy something from there. Or pick up a order. Today was the last time that I will buy something from them. The lady at the till today again, liening against the wall not even recognizing me. Then I walk to her and she rolls her eyes at me because I walked to her for assistance.(she is the only one at the tills, im the only customer) Doesn’t say a word to me look at my phone (when I show her Im here to pick up my order) sighed and walked to go get it. Eventually coming back dont even ask for my Id (and the email states I should have it with me) give me the slip I say thank you. She doesn’t even acknowledge me. This bad attitude at Mr Price Sport Secunda is every singe time. When I tell people about it, they tell me im not the only one and they also dont go there because of this. Last week I asked for the manager after waiting 15-20 minutes and walked out as no one comes to take my complaint (also another employee at the till rude with no customer service) They make me as a customer feel uncomfortable and like Im now interrupting them for wanting to pay my things or pick up an order.
