Mr price sport richardsbay

Hi I am Happiness Mabongi Ncube i would like to report what happened to me at Mr Price sport RICHARDSBAY,I was really not happy with the service i received today because i came into the store to purchase training takkies and sports bra which in total cost me R460 ,I gave a casheir R500 and he gave me R40 charge,Ok as i was on my way out the cashier came rushing to me saying he might have gave me wrong change,do i showed him my slip and that R40 he gave me and continue walking towards the door ,he came and ask me to come back to a till point with him because he think i gave him the incorrect account,Ok i followed his orders as instructed but i was rushing to go buy other things else where ,I then gave him a bag with my goods and a receipt so he can check his error while i go and finish my shopping,I told i will come back and collect my items.

I then came back after 45 minutes and had a problem of getting my items back ,I was told by a manager that he needs to do a cash up so they can see if his short or over,I had to wait for them to do all that which i don't even understand how it done it takes few minutes and then they told me the cashier is short with R140 so i have to pay that amount in order to get my goods .I then told them i can not pay any more amount for the purchase i already made.And we had an urgument which lead me to leave everything with them because everyone was staring at me like i am a ******** . I am very furious with the service i got and they were not wearing name badges but the other cashier who witness the incident was Zinhle Gabela .

I would like action to be taken for being wrongly accused and not get the items i payed for.
