Mr Price Sport poor online service!!!

Poor online service! Place an order order no#*** 28/12/20, follow up on order 6/01/21 as delivery day was scheduled for 6/01/21. Only to be informed no stock is available but up on till today your www show stock available. My order was canceled by yourself 7/01/21 and I was informed I will be refunded in 5days. I have to follow up again today as I have not been refunded, only to be told once again my cancelation was not submitted to finance and I must wait for feedback as your finance department only return to work on the 4th! Really, and this is my now problem?? And your www is still not updated as it still shows stock on hand, please explain.
