Mr. Price Sport Pavilion and their Manageress go over and beyond to look after their customers

I was gifted a pair of shoes from Mr Price sport by a family member overseas, the shoes were great but had a problem suiting me because of the heels as I have a disability. I also could not go into a store to exchange them due to the difficulty with my disability.

After speaking to Mr Priice about the problem, their manageress Tshidi from Mr Price Sport Pavilion contacted me and offered to help. This wonderful lady went out of her way, and over and beyond the call of duty, coming out to my home to avail herself of the nature of the problem and running back and forth getting special inner sole support to solve the problem. She returned to my home today with the same and resolved the problem for me at no cost. This is championship customer service and is greatly appreciated and respected. You have done Mr. Price proud Tshidi, keep up the fantastic work and hope Mr Price head office will congratulate her for her sterling efforts. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
