Mr Price Sport Online Worst Experience

This is a story of a girl who is on a serious weight loss journey, and decided to do some online shopping with Mr Price Sports. I visited a Mr Price Sport in Limpopo on 25 November 2017 and found the perfect gym pants to start my weight loss journey, but the store did not have my size in stock. I decided that I would purchase the pants online. I ordered a dri-sport cropped legging from Mr Price online when I returned home. When I placed my order, there was stock available and in my size. I made the online payment and was so excited to receive the pants... A week later I was told that they did not have any stock available and that I would be refunded the money I have paid. Needless to say that no refund has been made into my bank account, nor is there any credit on my Mr Price online profile, and to my surprise a week later there is suddenly new stock available, but no credit on my account or refund in my bank. I filled a complaint, just to be told more lies, that the refund has been processed and that the money should be in my account. However, this is not the case. Now I am out of pocket and I have no dri-sport cropped legging either… And no satisfactory reply has been given by Mr Price and no one from Mr Price has even tried to contact me to resolve this issue. I am completely disgusted by the service I received from Mr Price and I am disappointed that Mr Price has ****** my money and I have NOTHING to show for it but the lies from the Mr Price.
