Mr Price Sport Online Website does not work and no help from the helpdesk!!

I have been trying for 2 days to order something on the online shopping website. It does not work and gives a variety of random errors (charges delivery fee when you select "collect from store" which is free, does not deduct a Coupon which was sent to me, if I try to pay, which goes right through the authentication process where I OK payment on my phone, it finally says "we cannot process your order". I have phone the "helpdesk" twice. The first time the gentleman I spoke to said he would take it up with IT, but he suggests I don't try buy online!!! The second time a lady tried to assist but could not (sent me a link on which I was supposed to "register" my credit card and the link just returns a blank screen!!). She also said she would follow up with IT. I have emailed back to her twice asking whether they had made any progress in fixing things. I have not received a reply to either of the emails. Mr Price Sports online shopping website is a joke!!!
