Mr Price Sport Online bad service

It is the 30 September 2024, I placed my order on the 10 September 2024, I still have not received my order. When I contact Mr Price Sport they say they will escalate... Don't think they know the meaning of the word. When I asked the courier they say they will put a rush on it... Also don't think they know the meaning of those words. Stay away from Mr price sports online they have terrible customer service and you'll be waiting forever to get what you ordered.
