Mr Price Sport not coping in COVID-19 PANDEMIC

I placed an online order in the beginning of May 2020 with Mr Price Sport. On the 15th of May 2020 I received my first mail stating that my online order has changed to shipped - Order number: ***.

Today, the 21st of May 2020 I phoned in twice to confirm where my order is, the lady stated that it will be delivered today. Then my parcel was delivered, but only half of my order was delivered; again I had to phone to hear where is the rest of my order. The lady stated that the rest of my order is unfortunately out of stock, and they will send me a voucher within 2/ 3 days.

Like REALLY, will I ever buy from Mr Price Sport again? NEVER!!!! I do not want a voucher, I want a refund.

What happened to customer service - pathetic!!!!!!
