Mr. Price Sport Non existent Customer service and no issue resolution

Hi,

I'm utterly disgusted in the service from Mr. Price. I had a R199.99 voucher that I was trying to use today (6th Jan 2021). When I went to pay I was told the voucher was at a R0.00 value. I knew this to be untrue as I purchased the voucher at the same store I was trying to use it in. The manager of the store said they will contact their help desk to verify the voucher. This was a endless task of trying to get someone at the help desk to answer the call let alone respond to the WhatsApp messages or even assist when the call is eventually answered. Whilst starting to get highly frustrated I called the customer service line and then handed the phone to the store manager. After approx. 1 hour I was told that there was a glitch on the system the day we bought the voucher and I needed to go home, wait a day or 2 and then phone to find out if the voucher has been validated. Needless to say I wasted my time and petrol to go specifically to Mr. Price to buy some items and went home empty handed seriously angry with a feeling I've just been ****med.

Really who is the customer here and what kind of service is that? I will never shop at Mr. Price ever again and I will make a point of using what ever platform I can to tell people of the poor service and management of Mr. Price and their systems.
