Mr Price Sport - no client service

For almost a week am I trying to submit an online order at Mr. Price Sport without success. The system keep on telling me that the postal code is not valid, yet it is a valid code. I have reported to the problem to Mr. Price Sport via their email help line - yet they choose to rather ignore my emails and the problem. If Mr Price Sport does not want to make sales and service the public, why are they providing an online service. Obviously client service and sales is not a priority at Mr Price Sport, if it was this matter would have been resolved long time ago.
