Mr Price Sport Makhado Crossing Horrible service

After ordering a pair of cricket pants at the Mr Price Sport at Makhado crossing from their Mussina branch and them promising me that they would arrive on Tuesday I decided to go in myself today because no one contacted me yet. I also couldn't get hold of the branch as neither of the numbers given by their head office works. Upon arriving in the shop today both the ladies at the counter (one being the assistant manager) didn't even look up at me when I tried to find out where the pants are. After asking numerous times for them to please find out when they will be there and them telling me just give it to 16:00 I made my voice loud and insisted on them phoning the courier. After about 20 minutes they said the pants wojld be there by 16:00. Okay cut till 16:00 and I go to pick up the pants they cashier insists that I take the courier bag in which it came, even though I said it wasn't necessary. When I walked through the security panels they started beeping and immediately I knew she did this on purpose. I rushed back tiwards the counter where I found them laughing. I have never seen such incredibly bad service and professionalism. They are disrespectful and clearly have no people skills. I would recommend replacing these ladies because they are absolutely horrible at their job.

I am disgusted by the treatment I received today at Mr. Price Sport Makhado Crossing Louis Trichardt.
