Mr Price Sport has disrespectful and *********** staff

I had to wait for a whole month to get my order that was estimated 5-7 days away. I couldnt cancel it over the phone after deciding to give up on my already paid for parcel. I had to go instore with crutches to which the staff there thought was a joke. Well the guy who didnt consign my parcel to the system just smiled as if my broken foot was just hilarious. I felt humiliated. im utterly disgusted with the level of service shown by Mr Price Sport recently. seems like you all have forgotten how to be customer centric. unnacceptable levels of stress and frustration for someone just simply not doing their job and having the audacity to see it as funny having me come instore to cancel a old order with a broken foot. The manager was present and didn't even try to fix the mistake. They literally just kept passing blame. I have been a loyal custormer since 2008 and I've never missed a payment. Would you appreciate my monthly payments late?
