Mr. Price Sport deducting money from my account with no stock being available

I placed an online order with Mr. Price on the 9th of Feb. The order was confirmed and the money was deducted out of my bank account. Today the 13th I received an e-mail informing me that my order was canceled without any explanation. I had to phone the customer care number (which had a long waiting period before answering) to find out why. I was told there was no stock because this item was an outsourced item. Why advertise it, make me pay for it, and tell me there is no stock 4 days later? Now I have to wait for the refund which can take between 5 and 7 days. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in Mr. Price Sport online service. This is my first and last dealing with Mr. Price online.
