Mr Price Sport & Home East Rand Retail Park, Boksburg next to Safari Outdoors,

I had the worst client service ever, and also lost money...

I tried to exchange Rugby boots urgently for my 14 year old son that I bought their... They didn't had stock, so I asked for a refund on my money to go and buy at Sportsman Warehouse down the road,

The floor manager and assistant was so rude to me, they didn't want to give my. Money back, only a Voucher, in this case I didn't need a Voucher, I needed rugby boots which they didn't had stock of... In reply they said if I don't take the voucher it's my problem and they not going to help me and the floor manager turned he's back on me and walked away.... This all happened in front of my 2 sons....

I was so angry, I walked away without my money, or rugby boots and the rugby boots that was torn on the sides 3 weeks old I left their and went and bought rugby boots at Sportsman Warehouse

I never felt so discussed by Mr Price staff, and will never support them in my life again, if that is how they treat customers that spends money, they don't deserve my support nor my money....

Well Done Mr Price Sport Boksburg..... Keep carrying on with the ****ty service
