Dear Mr Blair,

I visited your Galleria store this afternoon to purchase my son some rugby boots.

There were approximately 10 pairs of boots on your shelves all ranging in sizes 10 and 11. My son is a size 7.

I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he had a particular boot in a 7 and without him even looking up at me murmured that if it's not on the shelf, they don't have it. Couldn't even have the decency to look at me when talking to me.

Whats worse is that your shop title is Mr Price SPORT! Yet you don't cater for the complete market. How can a 'sport shop' only have 10 x size 10 and 11 boots on offer??? And then back it up with a 'don't care' attitude???.

With your keen sponsorship in the Natal Sharks Rugby franchise, one would think that you would be adequately prepared to supply the necessary items to that particular choice of sport, wouldn't you. Needless to say, the disappointment of not catering for your advertised market, coupled with the appalling service from your sales representative has severely made me question my choices with using your brand again, whether sport, home or fashion. I'm utterly dissatisfied and disappointed in your brand.

Anyway I ended up driving a further 40km to my nearest Sportsmans Warehouse where I and my son were welcomed, warmly and even assisted by Dean, the store manager!!!

I am nothing but a once upon a time, loyal customer of the MRP group with doubt in my mind about using your brand again, especially your arrogant Gallaria store.

Feel free to respond, should you feel the need, however, not in my expectations. Good day to you.
