MR PRICE MONEY YOU SUCKKK!!!

These guys got hacked and sent me an SMS to say that i changed my contact number. If i do not recognise the transaction, respond to this email address or call 0860 number. I did within 2 hours of the SMS. Received email from accounts later that i need to provide ID or account number to proceed. I responded with the full details of incident and informed that i have not for 18 years and do not intend to change my number any time in the future and that i have paid up the account and thought it was closed. I was informed that i have to pay R78 to close account. I said NO! i actually overpaid by R29 when i closed it. After a rigmarole a nice call center lady advised that although i will not get my R29 back, i ca now consider the matter and account closed. That was 8 day ago. Today i received an account statement that say my balance is R78 and my credit available is .... I do not wish to have any communications with you MR Price!!! Leave me alone!
