Mr price Centurion lifestyle centre bad service!

I received the worst service at Mr Price Sport in the Centurion Lifestyle Centre today. First, I visited the store earlier in the day to inquire about a gym ball. I was informed that they were out of stock and uncertain about when the next shipment would arrive. Following their advice, I purchased a gym ball from Decathlon for R599. Later, around 5 PM, I returned to Mr Price Sport to look for pants. To my surprise, I found gym ***** in stock, priced at R200. I decided to purchase some pants and a volleyball using my Mr Price account. However, I was denied service because I did not have my ID with me. This is absurd, as I have previously made payments on my account without presenting my ID. The sales associate was also quite rude when I questioned the policy. I explained that I had a color-certified copy of my ID on my phone, but she dismissed my explanation and insisted on seeing my physical ID. Frustrated by her lack of assistance, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was unavailable. As a result of this poor service, I left the store feeling undervalued as a customer. I have shopped at other Mr Price stores where I have been able to use a color-certified copy of my ID without any issues. I will definitely not be recommending Mr Price Sport to anyone and will avoid shopping there in the future. It's clear that they were unwilling to assist me, despite knowing that I work right next to them.
