MR PRICE CALL CENTRE - Worst call centre in the history of call centre solutions
<p>After phoning several times to query my account, and emailing several people on all the different portals this call centre offers. I have spent more money on phone calls than on the actual account query.</p> <p> </p> <p>No feedback, no assistance, no one listenes. Having to explain every single time i phone why i am phoning. They are the worst call centre in the history of call centres. Have been struggling since 8 am to get someone from the call centre to contact me. No replies on emails sent directly to the help desk or the supervisors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!!!</p>

Still waiting on feed back why my credit has been pushed to R1 , if Mr Price call center was the reason for my account failure.
Have app**** for Credit increase, but no one answers. Dont know if i want to have this account any more. Considering closing it and taking out a different account.
