Most rude and disgusting delivery service

<p>I was accidently sent a parcel from Mr Price Sport that was not mine. i was expecting two parcels from Mr Price Sport so did not bother to look at the package. Now, because I opened the package and dropped it on my bed which had dog hair on it, I am now being told I have to pay for the parcel. I get told I had no right to open the parcel because it wasn't addressed to me. How many people actually check the name on the parcels they receive, as surely the courier companies should actually be doing that? How dare they blame the customer for their mistake and expect the customer to pay? Surely, this is *******???</p>
