Money gone and no order number or communication

I placed an order for a barbell set and some gym gloves on 25 May 2020 and did an instant EFT of around R2189 out of my account to pay - and after this I never received an order number via email or on the app where I made the purchase, and what I ordered has not arrived in the meantime either.

I have also tried to get assistance several times via the online form system, Facebook, email and responding to someone who eventually email responded to my query - but who has since not gotten back to me. This is the worst service I have ever received.
