Missing Payment

I went to Mr Price Sport Nonesi Mall Queenstown on 06/11/2022 to pay my account. My total owing was R195. 88.I paid the exact amount so I can have a zero balance. The manager on duty and a trainee were having difficulty with the system and could not print a statement, he promised to email and never did

I started getting calls from debt collectors, explaining I don't owe anything. Then I got a statement from Mr Price, which added interest on the amount I already paid! My money was not processed through my account! I went to the store with a bank statement showing the transaction, they denied knowledge of my money. A manager asked to see a bank notification sms for the transaction, I showed it to him. Still no help. They gave me a customer complaints email, I wrote to them and they are referring me back to the store!

I'm being sent from pillar to post while Mr Price keeps on adding interest on money I have already paid. Oh, and they also threatened to report me to the credit bereu
