Missing items and NO refund - also took over a month for delivery!

If I could give no starts I would. It is scary to look at all the recent reviews which are the exact same problem that I am having and MR Price has not bothered to respond to anyone. Disgusting service.

I placed an order on 7 May 2020, Mr Price gladly took my money and then only delivered my items today. Over a month. No communication, I logged four queries on my order and no response but what really makes this worse is that when I open my parcel, HALF of my items are missing.

The invoice reads the new lower amount yet Mr Price has not bothered to let me know that the items I paid for over a month ago are no longer available nor have they bothered to refund me.
