Missing Item

Just received my order from Mr Price sport today and noticed one item is missing. How in the world would they ship an order with a missing item? I didn't get communication from Mr price what so ever , about them being out of stock. I'm so disappointed and angry at the same time. Now they giving long story about my refund. Mr price sport doesn't care about there customers. I dint even get an invoice paper from them which seemed odd to me, and I knew that there's something wrong.
